What this website collects
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. According to Cloudflare, it works without cookies and does not track you across other websites. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, no user accounts, and nothing is stored in your browser.
When you contact me
The contact form on this website does not send or store anything by itself: it only opens WhatsApp with your message ready, and nothing is sent until you press send there. If you write by email or WhatsApp, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address or phone number, company and project details. I use it only to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to carry out the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, where relevant, the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts this website and its videos and provides the visit statistics. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider handle any message you send through them, under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep your data
Messages about a project that does not go ahead are deleted 12 months after our last exchange. For clients, project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to hello@lucasguedesstudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
